Travel Obsessing

Hey Loves! I am having a serious case of travel obsession! I've been recently planning a trip to the beautiful Dominican Republic next April for my 26th birthday and I happened to be looking at the pictures from the resort we will be staying at and I totally started feeling like jetting off to some tropical island right now!!  Travel is such an escape from reality, this world is filled with so many amazing places that most of us will never get to see, but I intend on visiting as many of them as possible before I die!! before I go I want to leave you with a sneak peek of this beautiful paradise I will be experiencing soon :)

Favorite Books Of The Moment

Happy Fathers Day to all the wonderful dads!! I  wanted to take some time to post two of the books I am currently reading on this lazy Sunday lol. My dad lives in Michigan so unfortunately I am not able to spend the day with him, so I decided to fix myself a hot cup of tea and catch up on some reading. The first book that I am almost finished Reading is Joel Osteen's "Your Best Life Now"

I love this book! it is truly a life changer, it breaks down 7  things that you can do to live your best life now such as, letting go of the past, choosing to be happy. This book has given me a much more positive outlook on life! The next book that I just started is Joel Osteen "Everyday a Friday"

The basis of this book is learning to live a happier more positive life everyday! I definitely recommend both of these books to any and everyone who just wants to add a little more positivity to their life. Remember loves beauty starts on the inside, when we love and are happy with ourselves and we show love to others it radiates on the outside as well. Have a happy Sunday!!!

Real Talk Product Review: Olay fresh effects BB cream

Hey Loves, I wanted to start this new blog with a review on one of my recently purchased beauty products. The Olay fresh effects BB cream

This product promises to refresh, brighten, even tone, hydrate, smooth, and protect. Sadly I was disappointed in its performance. I have oily skin and tend to get red around my cheek and nose area, this product made my skin SUPER oily even though it claims to be oil free. I didn't notice any real brightness or evening of my skin tone. If you have normal to dry skin this product would be great for those beach days when you just want to look somewhat put together, but if you have oily skin I do not recommend this product.

.Goes on smooth

Cons
.Not good for oily skin
.Doesn't really cover blemishes or imperfections
.Doesn't give skin a brightening affect
